Introducing: Pioneer Shares

We recently launched our first share offer, with the support of Community Energy Go, and the specialist Simon Borkin of Commonly.

The intention is to raise funding to support the development of our first rooftop solar projects, for example; template rooftop leases and power purchase agreements, planning costs, the costs of a future community share offer, grid connection applications, due diligence, ecology surveys and project contingency.

A Pioneer offer is intended to pave the way to an income generating project and to a future Community share offer. As such it does not offer a guaranteed return, however there is the potential for future returns to investors, or the transfer of shares to a project, in the future. Note: capital at risk.

We expect that only a few members will be interested in becoming a Pioneer Investor, however we will be very grateful to them all!
