It's all about the draughts...

Thank you Centre for Sustainable Energy for an insightful and engaging training session yesterday - "Understanding Retrofit". It was:

-    well structured and covered the topic to a sufficiently detailed level...but not too detailed for the audience.

-    interesting - many attending knew of some elements of what was covered... what the course did was to fill in the gaps & provide a robust framework for understanding the key considerations related to retrofit. Perfect for us in FCE.

-    well-paced, with the right amount of opportunity for discussions and asking questions 'in-flight'.

-    our trainer controlled the session well and allowed it to flow without letting it go off at too much of a tangent.

-    we are all going to check our gutters are clean and our air-bricks are clear this weekend!

-    in summary...a very useful session, that 'hit the spot'; well designed and presented.

Looking forward to sessions 2 and 3 next week!
