FCE Task Group Progress

The FCE Task Group has started the registration process for Forest Community Energy to become a Community Benefit Society (CBS).  This legal status will enable us to grow and achieve more local community energy projects, helping both people and the environment. We will be registered with the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and become a member of Cooperatives UK.

We have also made further progress on the IT front this month.  As well as email, file sharing, and a YouTube channel, we now have a LinkedIn page!  We would love you to follow us if you use these, we will be posting further exciting content in months to come.

Behind the scenes we are starting to work on a fresh, new FCE website, using the Ghost platform, launching later this year.
